Start by clearing out any buildup of leaves and debris, as this could clog the downspout and lead to blockages, which in turn can cause overflow, leaks and water damage.
It’s really easy to do. Simply scoop out what you can with a trowel and hose down the gutter to get rid of the finer odds and ends.
