NewGen Restores has been handling large and small-scale concrete finishing in the Charlotte metro area for many years. For any finishing, the surface should be free of gravel, debris, oil and grease.
For staining, an acrylic or acid-based stain solution is poured onto the concrete, which is then absorbed into the pores of the concrete. A water-based sealant is then used to protect the staining. Staining is available in a wide variety of colors.
Epoxy is a decorative/protective coating that preserves your concrete floors, keeping them slip-resistant, stain-resistant and waterproof. Available in a variety of colors, epoxy is easy to maintain and extremely durable.
